Use of Roselle Calyx Wastes for the Enrichment of Biscuits: An Approach to Improve Their Functionality

As antiradical activity, highest activity presented by BRCP15 (587.43 µmol Trolox/100 g dwb). On other hand, BRCP5 189.96 dwb. Therefore, enrichment could be used commercialize functional product.
